    The project aims to deliver a replacement ferry for the Fair Isle ferry route; introducing a larger vessel with increased access and freight handling capability as well as the introduction of Roll on – Roll off (Ro-Ro) services. Works at Fair Isle Harbour cover a total area of approximately 1,425 m2.

    Proposed option includes two small ‘Type A’ linkspan decks available for use at Fair Isle and Grutness as can be found across the wider Shetland Inter-Island Ferry Network. The ‘noust’ will be extended and will be accompanied by the provision of a new winch, winch house and cradle.

    The project consists of introduction of an additional 21 new Class 4000 carriages to the NI Railways network to complement the existing fleet and to enable the conversion of a number of current three-carriage trains into six-carriage trains. This will allow for additional capacity across the NI Railways network at peak times.

    The new Canberra Light Rail Network will link Canberra City to Commonwealth Park. It will deliver 1.7kms of new light rail track and 3 new stations at City West, City South and Commonwealth Park. BOQ was prepared using CESSM4.
