Industrial – Recent Projects

The works generally comprise the design and construction of 2 buildings comprising warehouses, attached offices, amenities, and services as required (i.e. pumproom, sprinkler tank, fire panel, etc.).

Design and construction of 3nr distribution warehouses – 35,803sqm / 385,375 sqft. of floorspace within Class B2 or B8 or Film Making use of the Town and Country Planning Use Classes Order 1987, with ancillary offices or for research and development of products and processes together with access from the existing estate road, associated site infrastructure including lorry parking, landscaping, sprinkler tank and pump house, 4m high acoustic fencing, roof photovoltaic cells and sustainable drainage system.

Project consists of construction of a new operations building comprising a single storey warehouse /production building with two storey ancillary, office accommodation together with service yard and car parking facilities, drainage and external services connections. Works will include the CAT A shell and core works and areas of fit out – CAT B.
