Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA’s) in Construction

A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is a legally binding contract that establishes a confidential relationship!

Is it important? Yes absolutely, confidentiality is important in the construction industry as each project will involve collaboration and negotiation between more than one party. Projects protected by NDA’s are done so for many reasons that are highly sensitive. A signed NDA will protect any information being shared to third parties. We fully understand the need for a well written NDA and we will continue to support these.

Is there a downside to projects having an NDA? The downside to signing an NDA for a business like Mynott Bowers Group is that we can’t shout about the great work we’ve been commissioned on. We’d really like to be able to shout that we are trusted by some of the world’s leading consultants and contractors, and that we’ve worked on projects towering into clear blue sky, and others deep into the ground.

Indeed, there may be those of you who regularly commission Bills of Quantities whom haven’t stumbled across the Mynott Bowers Group yet! Derek Mynott and Chris Bowers have been around a very long time, and have produced Bills of Quantities on many fabulous projects, some of them of global significance. We offer a great service and reasonable fees right across the globe.
