Fulfilment Centre (CFC) for Ocado, Segro Logistics Park, Purfleet

The Works comprise the design and construction of a new Customer Fulfilment Centre (CFC) of a minimum gross external area of 304,355 ft2, inclusive of warehouse, tote wash, goods-in office, technical services block (TSB), vehicle inspection hut, vehicle maintenance unit and a fitted out office block. External areas include external hardstandings, multi-storey car park, fuel & wash facilities, perimeter fencing, external lighting, landscaping, acoustic barriers, site furniture and the like.
