The Bargate Quarter Regeneration Project in Southampton

Mynott Associates were commissioned to produce the Bills of Quantities for the Bargate Quarter Regeneration project in Southampton.

The project valued at £132million will completely transform Southampton City Centre. It will be built around the City Walls and The Bargate, a 12th Century gatehouse in the City Centre, and consists of 519 new homes, retail space including restaurants and bars, and a new linear park that will run alongside the medieval town walls.
