The journey so far

It’s been 19 months since I started this new chapter of my career and we’ve now passed the landmark of having carried out over £1million worth of sales, and we reckon we’ve been involved with a staggering £1.75bn worth of construction activity over 160 various different projects.

We’ve grown our team from the dedicated team that came with me to 25 quantity surveyors now adding some new members on the way.

Projects we have been involved with in this short period have varied from small extensions to existing industrial and commercial units to new major highways, schools, shopping centres, student accommodation, hotels, universities, retail units, leisure facilities, museums, galleries, car showrooms and workshops, residential high rise schemes, out of town retail developments, industrial developments, new car plant facilities, sports facilities, and hospitals to name but a few.

We are still based at Bedford and the team offer the same dedicated service providing bills of quantities to contractors for projects no matter how small or large they are.

We provide bills in SMM7, NRM2, CESMM3, MMHW and can even provide a POMI bill too if you need one.

We are also able to provide cost budget estimates and traditional quantity surveying services on small exclusive one-off designer homes. Working with a local Architect we have been involved in some ‘Grand Design’ style homes of up to £2m in value.
