The Great British Take Off!: Uncover the Secrets of Taking Off

We would like to extend an invitation to all proficient quantity surveyors out there to participate in the Great British Take Off. As an entrant, you will be expected to demonstrate your ability to take off elements from a range of construction projects within a set time frame. You are free to use either traditional or computerised methods, depending on your preference. The tasks that will be assigned to you will likely be based on SMM7, although NRM projects may also be included. Technical challenges will also be included in the competition, which will test your knowledge of complex CSAs and pricing schedules. The showstopper round, on the other hand, will be tailored to the specific capabilities of each entrant. The GBTO will be held in our Bedford office, but if you prefer to work in a tent, we can consider that as well.
