A Decade of Service and Commitment

We are pleased to mark Aruna Perera’s 10-year anniversary with MBG as a seasoned Quantity Surveyor, a significant milestone that reflects her dedication, professionalism, and ongoing contribution to the organisation.

Throughout her tenure, Aruna has consistently demonstrated a high standard of quantity surveying, whilst also playing a key role in mentoring and developing our junior team in Sri Lanka. Her expertise across industry-standard methodologies, including SMM7, NRM2, POMI, and ARM, has been instrumental in supporting the delivery of accurate, high-quality outcomes for our clients.

Her reliability, technical knowledge, and collaborative approach have made her a highly valued member of the business, contributing meaningfully to both our projects and our team culture.

Reflecting on her journey, Aruna shares:
“Being a Senior Quantity Surveyor at MBG has been a rewarding journey over the past 10 years especially with the privilege of working alongside professionals such as Derek Mynott. I’ve had the opportunity to grow both professionally and personally, and I truly value the support, collaboration, and experiences I’ve gained with both our teams in the UK and Sri Lanka.”
