Construction of a new school building; an adjacent leisure building to accommodate a swimming pool and a package of improvements to the existing leisure estate. Scope of works • Construction of new three storey education building with classroom spaces, dining hall and kitchen • Construction of new leisure building to house a swimming pool and leisure reception • New external courtyard and landscaping • Refurbishment of existing leisure estate to provide improved facilities for school and community use.
